Are you interested in creating a quarter scale hat from the bottom up? Have you wondered what to use for the base or what the “head” is made of?  Join us and learn how to make the three hats shown, plus a design of your own!  You will leave with the skills to make more and the ability to determine what size and shape the hat should be and what embellishments can be used.  At the end of this class you will have four fabulous hats to add to your collection.

Student Supplies and Tools Needed: Glue, magnifier, scissors and tweezers.
