3-D Decoupage with a TWIST! Using paper cutting techniques to create a 3-D effect, you will transform detailed pictures of an old fashioned Ice Cream shop into a 3-D Vignette. The scene is filled with jars of candy and treats just right for the person with a sweet tooth. The cut paper pieces will be embellished with peppermint twists, candy pieces, tiny beads, laces, greenery, floral pieces and more to enhance the 3-D effect. The completed scene is 2" deep in a decorative 5 x7 frame. Class includes everything shown. The paper cutting and embellishing techniques you learn can be applied to projects you want to try on your own.

Students will need a cutting mat, X-acto knife with #11 blades, fine tip tweezers, fine tip scissors, fine tip glue bottle or syringe, toothpicks, and magnifiers if needed.
