Decorating a Victorian Hat with Nancy Manders

Student will learn how to make roses, curl feathers, ruching, miscellaneous flowers and hat decorations.

Students will need scissors (curved and straight), glue, clear nail polish, needle and thread, glue tweezers, rose tool, and tooth picks.
