3-D Decoupage with a TWIST! Using paper cutting techniques to create a 3-D effect, you will transform detailed pictures of a scene in Paris complete with a Dress Shop, Café, Hotel and Galleria. Each cut paper piece will be embellished with trims, floral pieces, laces, black foil, wire, bunka and 3-D paint to enhance the 3-D effect and bring the scene to life. The completed scene is placed in an 8x10 frame and is 2 ½" deep. Class includes everything shown including the frame. The paper cutting and embellishing techniques you learn in this class can be applied to projects you want to try on your own.

Students will need cutting mat, Xacto knife with #11 blades, fine tip tweezers, fine tip scissors, fine tip glue bottle or syringe, toothpicks, round nose pliers ( if you have them), ball stylus, and magnifiers, if needed.
