Workshop 14

¼" H.M.S. Seahorse
With Sue Herber
Thursday November 4, 9:00AM - 4:30PM
$175
This little boat is inspired by the English Brambley
Hedge Series of whimsical mice stories. There are two rooms with
timbered ceilings in the hull, a large main cabin with seahorse,
sand dollar, starfish, a floral mural trim, a square shaped cupola,
shell door knocker, and a seahorse masthead. Students will learn
assembly in small scale using wood and resin castings. They will
also learn painting techniques for faux driftwood and decorative
wall treatments.
Student Supplies and Tools Needed: A cutting
board, x-acto knife with new blades, pencil, ruler, scissors,
small and medium paint brush, tacky and zap glue, and toothpicks.
